The River House Mountain Lodge is where ranch property Owners get to meet neighbors, and entertain family and friends. The mountain lodge features a gourmet kitchen and a dining room that seats 40. Guaranteed to be filled with stories of the “one that got away” and knee-deep powder, the River House Lodge is the perfect place to relax after a day full of adventure. Toast to another successful day at Marabou Ranch at the Dead Horse Saloon or gather with other fans to watch the game. It’s home away from home. Welcome.

Grill up the day’s catch, or savor a steak organically raised right here at Marabou Ranch. Ranch property Owners have use of the industrial kitchen, or, if you’d rather leave it to the professionals, let one of our chef’s create a special meal just for you! It’s easy to see why the mountain lodge is the center of activity here at the ranch. Play a game of pool on our antique billiards table, then head outside to enjoy the sunset by our outdoor fire pit.

Our saloon has everything you need to celebrate your adventures. The honor bar is fully stocked, so you can cheers to your team winning the game, or toast to the ‘champagne powder’ turns you took that day. Sit back and relax with your neighbors who will soon become friends.
