Directions from Steamboat Springs to Marabou
If driving from downtown Steamboat Springs to Marabou, travel West on Highway 40 for approximately 3.8 miles. Turn right on CR 42 and travel North. After 2.5 miles, the Marabou main entrance presents itself on the right side of the road. Turn here to enter Marabou.
Directions from Hayden Airport to Marabou
Flying into the Yampa Valley Airport in Hayden Colorado leaves you only twenty minutes from Marabou. After departing the airport, follow signs to Highway 40. Once you arrive at Highway 40, head East and travel approximately sixteen miles towards Steamboat Springs. Just outside Steamboat Springs, turn left on County Road 42 and travel North. After 2.5 miles, the Marabou main entrance presents itself on the right side of the road. Turn here to enter Marabou.
Directions from Main Entry
It takes approximately 5 minutes to get from the main entrance to the Lodge Complex. Marabou Loop begins at the main gate. Continue on this road, past Meadow Lakes; drive up the switchbacks, and through the hay meadows. Turn onto River Keeper and travel approximately 0.3 miles to the Lodge and Ranch Headquarters.
Directions from Denver to Steamboat Springs
Only 165 miles separates Denver from Steamboat Springs. This three hour drive takes you through some of Colorado’s most scenic landscapes.
Beginning in Denver, travel West on Interstate 70 approximately eighty miles. In Silverthorne, take Exit 205 North onto Highway 9. Travel thirty seven miles through rolling range land, cross the Colorado River, and enter the town of Kremmling. Go to the stoplight and turn left onto Highway 40. Travel West, cross Rabbit Ears Pass, and descend into the quiet western town of Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
