The call of Colorado began for Todd as a young man growing up in Texas. Spending summers working on a guest ranch solidified his plan of moving to Colorado after graduation from Southern Methodist University, followed by an around-the-world trip with the United State Navy. Todd has been a licensed and practicing real estate broker since 1971 in the State of Colorado, and is CGR’s managing broker. In addition to sales, Todd has an extensive appraisal and development background. He has assisted or partnered in 11 Steamboat developments and appraised over 1,300 mountain residential homes. Todd is married to Patti and they have a daughter Heidi, who ski raced for years with the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club and is now a physical therapist living near Park City. Since 1982 Todd and his family have enjoyed a lifestyle in the valley with lots of skiing, hiking, camping, and his favorite, fly-fishing.
