Kevin first visited Steamboat Springs during his freshman year of high school. During that ski vacation, Kevin told his friends that Steamboat would someday be his permanent home. After spending summer vacations and winter breaks in Steamboat, Kevin decided to make his dream a reality in 2002. His mother and father put him on skis at the age of four, and he has never looked back. He obtained his real estate license in 2008, and has become a force as a young broker. He attended St. Bonaventure University – conveniently located only 20 minutes from the closest ski area – where he earned a degree in Elementary Education and English. Kevin has represented buyers in a variety of Steamboat’s finest developments and has partnered with Randall in the listing of Majestic Valley Townhomes. Kevin is known for his very straightforward approach to real estate and is an excellent liaison with Steamboat’s up and coming brokerage community.
